Since 2016, we have made it our mission here at LuxCitizenship to offer unique, data-based insights into who are the Luxembourg Dual Citizens. Browse our research studies to learn more.

The Luxembourg Dual Citizen Study

American-born dual citizens now make up equivalent to 2% of Luxembourg’s total population. Brazilians, over 4%.

First launched in 2018 and now in its 5th edition, this study combines demographic information, Luxembourgish history, video interviews, surveys and public data to communicate the who, why and where of Luxembourg’s Diaspora. 1,174 adult Luxembourg dual citizens through ancestry responded to the survey that is the basis for this study, including 416 from the United States, 634 from Brazil and 124 from Argentina.
